Artists
Statement
My goal as a photographer
is to capture the essence of a scene as I see it and to share that image
with others. I use a variety of camera formats
and photographic techniques, and the results are sometimes realistic and
occasionally Impressionistic or surreal. I always enjoy
experimenting and learning new methods. Utilizing
different techniques keeps me creatively fresh and is one of the main
reasons I continue to study photography.
Fine
Art Prints
All
prints are produced using the latest in archival materials and digital
equipment. Using Ultrachrome pigment inks on quality fine art papers
provides an archival lightfastness that greatly exceeds the life of prints
made using most traditional darkroom printing methods.
Each
print is double matted with white, archival, 100% rag board mats and
mounted on acid-free foam board and ready for framing.
Currently my work is
available as open edition giclée prints but I
expect to offer some future work as limited edition only.
